Artist Talk with John Raimondi

MONA is pleased to host an artist talk with John Raimondi, the artist behind Athleta, one of Kearney’s most recognizable public sculptures located on the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus. As part of the 50^th anniversary of the 500-Mile Sculpture Garden, Raimondi will share stories about creating Athleta, his experiences working on the I-80 Sculpture Project, and the importance of public art throughout his career.
