NAC Creative Aging Arts Class – Gelli Print Collages with Christy Kosmicki

This class is designed to introduce participants to a variety of techniques and media to use with Gelli Plates and Collage. Gelli Plate Printing, a unique form of creating monoprints, offers endless possibilities for creativity and expression. Under the guidance of our Nebraska Arts Council (NAC) artist, Christy Kosmicki, you will learn the fundamentals of Gelli Plate Printing techniques and experiment with the process of collage. Come explore line, texture, shape, and color. Be inspired by collage artists featured in the MONA collection. Discover fun ways to make your own decorative papers, prints, and collages.

• Free class for community members 55 and older
• Tuesday/Thursday class with a culminating exhibition on Friday, Oct. 3rd
